Every Silent Disco package includes up to 4 hours of rental, professional setup and breakdown, and everything needed for an unforgettable experience. Choose your package based on the number of headsets you would like to provide.

As a general rule, we recommend renting headsets for approximately 80% of your expected guest count, since guests naturally take breaks to eat, drink, socialize, and dance without headphones throughout the event.

We typically recommend one headphone per guest. For mixed crowds (corporate events, weddings with older guests), 75–85% of your headcount is usually plenty. We'll help you choose the right quantity.

How far do the headphones work?+

Our premium transmitters cover roughly 300 feet line-of-sight — more than enough for ballrooms, courtyards, beaches, and large outdoor footprints.

Your silent disco is led by Silent Disco DJ Kimi, who specializes exclusively in silent discos. One dedicated DJ curates all channels so your guests enjoy a seamless, high-energy experience from start to finish.

Meet DJ Kimi.

DJ Kimi is a Sarasota native who was born and raised on Florida's Gulf Coast. As co-owner of SRQ Entertainment Co., she has helped create unforgettable weddings, corporate events, private parties, and celebrations across Southwest Florida.

When she is not entertaining guests at Silent Disco events, Kimi serves her community as a full-time Firefighter Paramedic. Her career has taught her how to stay calm under pressure, communicate with people from all walks of life, and bring positive energy to every event she is part of.

Kimi's passion has always been bringing people together. Whether she is responding to emergencies, planning entertainment experiences, or getting hundreds of guests dancing at a Silent Disco, she genuinely loves creating memorable moments that people talk about long after the night ends.

As a business owner, first responder, wife, and mom, Kimi understands the importance of professionalism, reliability, and making every client feel taken care of. Her goal is simple: provide a fun, stress-free experience where guests of all ages can laugh, dance, and make lasting memories.
